I was completely caught off guard in purchasing R8000 worth of product (serum, day night lotion, mask, body lotion and salts)
The sales person Giovanni was very good at marketing the products to me and i really believed what he was telling me. I got a facial and hand demo. I was led to believe that i was getting the products at very reasonable prices as he threw in a special voucher, bank and pensioners discount!!The mud mask alone was apparently selling for R15000!!! So paying R8000 for a full package of body, nail and skin products was supposedly a great price and he even threw in some freebies. Based on online pricing i note that i was overcharged 100%!!!
I googled Obey Your Body on my home return and found that i was completely ripped off. I also developed a skin irritation and my face was burning so i don't think the product agrees with my skin.
I hope to get a refund but based on what i read it's seems a difficult task to get your money back.
It's really sad that people can rip you off like that.
I am writing to make others aware of this.
