I say that bc when I order overseas products I receive them faster than Avon's delivery's. I am a rep & I constantly have to apologize for late orders/missing orders & wrong orders which is annoying & embarrassing. I placed an order on the 23 September before 12 as instructed in order for delivery to be invoiced & received on time. Wednesday I called the Call centre to see how far they were & if there was any way for the order to get to me on or before Friday as my client had a wedding the Saturday & had ordered some stuff so the agent told me my order was already in Durban & just needed to be delivered to me (the 25 September) she also said it would come Friday or Monday at the latest. Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday I sms'd to find out where my order is & the reply was it's in the picking line. It's been 8 days now & still no order so my question is now when will I receive this order bc I have already missed out on placing 2 orders for campaign 11 as I don't have books or my samples. you guys were QUICK to delay my order bc it was not paid up & slow to credit my acc when YOU overcharged me. Just send the order so I can pay & cut my losses with Avon.
