No Menthol Ball

Good day

I used to smoke camel lights then i started smoking camel activate. Today i went for a smoke then when i wanted to pop the menthol ball inside the cigarette i found that there weren't anything to pop.

It is really disappointing for me to come across this for I really enjoy the taste of this Menthol Ball.
If this have to happen again then i will have to change my brand.

I even kept the filter for evidence to Camel and other camel smokers.
I feel that i have wasted my money for this smoke was not a menthol.

I have never heard anyone complaining about any other brands.
