Missing Parcel

I've been trying to locate a missing parcel for the past week and I'm not getting any assistance from the Cresta Post Office and Customer Service. My parcel arrived at Cresta Post Office on the 19th of September. It wasn't supposed to be sent to Cresta but to Broadacres. The Cresta Post Office says they've sent the parcel back to be delivered to the correct Post Office but the website still reflects that the parcel is in Cresta.

When I called the branch, I was told to call Witspos, but they tell me the parcel is at Cresta. I'm tired of being jerked around and I just want to know where my parcel is. No one wants to claim responsibility and I'm starting to think I'll never see that package! The level of Customer Service is shocking as each agent I speak to tells me something different. What's the point of Customer Service if they can't help with something as simple as locating a package with a Tracking Number!
