Like to lodge a complaint against Abi "Johnny" for the poor service received the past 2 weeks based on an order place.
On the 11September 2013 we placed an order for delivery for the 13 September 2013 witch abi failed to deliver as per the service level agreement confirmed by Johnny. However Saturday of the 14 Sept 13 the delivery guys were robed the evening that's why they couldn't deliver goods that was supposed to be delivered by 13 September. Contradiction. Think Eldorado Park need a better sales rep because the current one isn't so helpful and never gets back to his clients or the service just needs to improve. Tried making contact with Johnny several times and he just never seems to answer his phone. I only received a delivery of the goods that was placed on the 11 Sept 2013 on the 21st September and same wasn't a full delivery for the order that was placed.
