Protech training trains future artisans and does trade tests. I did my trade test as an electrician there on 20 November 2012. I was promised that I would have my red seal within 3 months after completion of the test. It is almost a year later and I still haven't received it. The problem comes in when I apply for jobs. Companies wants to see that certificate, which I obviously cannot produce. It's a huge setback for me, as I have a family to support. When I phone them, the phone gets thrown down in my face between the receptionist and responsible person. I am fed up, and want to warn people not to do bussiness with this company. Protech training blames Eseta for taking so long, which is also not my problem. Playing the blame game doesn't help me at all, plus I didn't do bussiness with Eseta. I did business with protech.
