I bought a face wash together with a toner from Dis-chem end of Feb this year and I got a bad reaction which started as a rash and ended up having a massively swollen face due to those. I only used the product for 4 days and when I saw that the reaction is getting worse I stopped. I reported this issue to african extract people and the treatment and decisions I got from them weren't okay. Ever since then my face hasn't been okay and I went to the dermatologist, my face has become so sensitive that I am even scared to use anything on it. Even when I start sweating on the face it itches and I get an allergy. This product has actually ruined my face because I cannot even use the things i used to use on my face before i purchased it. I feel i deserve more that the R2000 i got for paying my medical bill for the very first consultation I made with the doctor. I've been to a dermatologist and sometimes I cannot buy the treatment that I am supposed to buy due to it being expensive. I would like a reimbursement for this and for all the trouble i'm going through. Scared face and where ever I got people ask what happened to my face as it was not like this before.
