Parcel Lost by SAPO

I ordered an item from abroad in August which arrived in September 2013 at the JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) and was supposedly sent to Gallo Manor Post office on 16 September 2013. Gallo Manor has not records of receiving my parcel, when I call track and trace, they insist it was sent there. Online system still reflects that my parcel is in transit. After calling the post office and the JHB Int hub several times, I was given 0119616080, where I got hold of a lady named Granny who advised that she will investigate and get back to me, by end of business on 19 Sep., but she hasn't. This line now rings without being answered for more than 30 mins. The service is really appalling to say the least.
