SAPO has got the on line system that somehow breaks when you work on it. For an example tracking your parcel on the POSA on-line at night (ie) 18:30....one constantly get feedback "Time out..." Maybe, we should ask them why the on-line system if it will functioning as the normal working hours (ie) 8 -17.
Also, their inter-processes are not proper linked. You track an item, they provide you with a feedback and when following on that item either through phone, e-mail or faxing...you will get no response. Their phones are constantly engaged, they have e-mails that are not answer and their faxes...
I'm not sure whether this is the South Africa I hoped will be when I voted for in 1994. Service is EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY POOR and as South Africans we seem to be accepting this poor service we receive from the governmental run institutions. South Africans...wake up...because we leave things as they are now, we will cry in 5 years time as our country will be like some countries which I can't mention their names now.
Whoever developed the POSA on-line application was just given the money for free or the institution had no idea of what they wanted. Re-develop application with logic.
