When i originally took out a cellphone contract, it was stipulated on the contract that i will be charged R385.00 per month for 24 months on a Blackberry 8520 Curve. I was mugged 3 days after i had my cell and i reported it to Weaver Cell. Unfortunately i did not take insurance. My 1st installment came as R580.00, which i started disputing as i have signed for R385.00 in February 2012. Ever since i was told that they will investigate and get back to me. I get a call only after every 4/5 months requesting payment on the arears. Now, i queried my air time credit before i do a sim swop of R150.00 and was advise it's r2006.00, my cal is R275 x 21 =5775.00, How did they get to R2006.00? Nowhere on the contract does it states that the R385.00 excludes the Sim and Connection fees, it states including. Nixor is their Collection agents but even them cannot explain with a copy of the Contract that i have supplied.
