Please note that we made a group booking (6 female executives) via Groupon and the voucher included a lunch with 5 treatments at the spa facility. After ordering lunch, we were then asked to pay for the lunch as the owner/manager claimed that it was not part of the package purchased.
On furnishing the manager/owner proof (an invoice with the details including the lunch details produced by the spa), he claimed it was an admin "mistake" and he will refund the lunch but a month later, after many emails, we have still not been refunded for the meal.
Poor commitment to client service and in very poor taste from a spa. I do not recommend anyone to this spa based on the ethics and pronciples by which it is being run.
