I raised a complaint against Melrose branch due to treatments which clearly there was something wrong with!
KIM DAY; who is charge of complaints at head office & I have had the displeasure in dealing with; spoke to me with a rude and condescending attitude. She mentions that Melrose disagrees and further gets the compliant incorrect. Her resolution to this matter; I should just accept a treatment which they are offering to rectify the matter.
To add to this she is screaming on the phone and thereafter asks me why am I raising my voice!
I have never experience such unprofessional service from any member in customer service! The manner and disregard of her attitude shows that she had no intention of resolving the compliant!!!
