I'v been using huggies gold for about 17months. (My son is 18 months.) I was extremely happy with the old huggies till the new Huggies gold for Boys and girls came out. After using for a few weeks I can honestly say I am thoroughly disappointed.
The new huggies gold for boys is considerably smaller in size, the waist band on the old huggies was wide and covered the back nicely - better than any other nappy I tried. Now the new one leaks up into his back. I have had several "accidents" with leaky nappies and his pooh spilling through the legs and back.
The quality of the new material is also poor compared to the old.
I am paying more for a new nappy that delivers less. Why?
I am sitting with 6 packs of nappies I no longer have faith in - Huggies Gold - a sorely disappointed customer.
