Justine has blacklisted me. I was in 2 months arreas on this account last year April and the amount was later paid after the 2 months in June 2012. Then it was corrected now when i went to the bank today i'm told Justine blacklisted me in July 2013 and when i call them they say it is the error on their side but they promise to send me a letter, I do not want a clerareance letter i want them to liase with transunion so that i can have my name removed from the ITC soonest.
