Dogs were reported after they went missing and chain on gate was found cut. Reported to Military Police (property on Waterkloof airbase) Eventually dogs found at SPCA Centurion where they had already been adopted (not sure of days involved) and had been sterilize (I believe as requested by the new owner). To now get her dogs back my daughter must pay the SPCA the adoption fee, the cost of the sterilization also the other party (the interim owner) wants his adoption fee back and the money he paid for the sterilization. If he cant get from the SPCA he wants it from my daughter. To crown it all the SPCA want to inspect property to ascertain whether it is suitable???
