I bought the groupon voucher and called in to make a booking, the lady that answered the phone was plain dumb and couldn't give me an available day. She then passed the phone to another lady who answered as Rebecca and the attitude she gave me. Put the phone down on my ear while I was still busy enquiring and deciding which date will suit me as they said they are fully booked till November. I called again and she said to me didn't I tell you I was busy n said you already booked for this day. As I was about to say To her i cant make it for this date she had already slam the phone down. Second time hanged up on in less than a minute. Terrible attitude, with incompetent staff...
