In 2012 I bought two vouchers for treatments at this salon & have been trying to get an appointments since October 2012. With the first voucher they were running late, so I had to reschedule some treatments which has not been honoured yet (the person who were supposed to do massages were absent. They didn't bother to phone and enquire where she is, therefore we had to reschedule). For the second voucher I was told that an appointment was made in January. 2 days before said appointment I phoned to confirm the time (which the salon was supposed to confirm early in December, I tried e-mailing, phoning and sms'ing, with little or no response) only to be told that they were fully booked and could not accommodate me. I bought this voucher for a special occasion and was not pleased to reschedule AGAIN, but I did. Eventually I decided that I will NEVER visit this salon again. The service is absolutely daunting, the attitude of the owner is not conducive to good customer service and you need to spend an arm and leg in just reaching them to schedule an an appointment!
