Sunrise Steel have installed a rotating washing line 2 weeks after I have moved in my new house. 2 weeks later the the strings for the so called newly installed washing are torn out. Following day I phoned their number 0786910130 to let them know what has happened and they told me they are still checking in their books if they did intall the washing line at my place and they will call me back. 2 days was gone without any response from them. I then dicided to ask my husband to call them, they still promised him to call him back. for the past 4 weeks I've been requesting them to come and fix the washing line but the answer I get is they are busy they will come back to me. To date I still don't have a washing line but I have paid them cash. The time I asked them to come and install the washing line they were never busy. Now suddenly they are very busy they don't have time and and the guy that i phone all the time is being rude on the phone and tells me to keep waiting. I'm not sure how long does he expect me to wait because I'm now sick of it I'm even thinking of getting my lawyers involved bacause i tried to be civil to them but I still don't have the washing line.
