About 2 months ago i bought a refill for my soda stream, my soad stream machine is only 5 months old, and when i got home the canister was sealed but had no gas, i went back to pick n pay to change it and they gave a new bottle and that one was also empty, so phoned soda stream head office and was told to drive to kempton park and take the bottle there and take my machine in for a service?? then my husband sent an email and the lady phoned him and said i was joking about the complaint?? im still waiting for the manager to phone me!!! now its the 25th of january and i went last week to buy another canister and its EMPTY!!! i went back to exchange it and now i have another EMPTY one!!! this is an inconvienve and annoying and the company is doing NOTHING to help me or solve this problem!!!
