On the 31st of August I was at the salon in Boulders and I needed to use a toilet so I went to the nearest toilet and I found one of the cleaning staff lady mopping just outside the toilets, I asked her if I could pass through to the toilet and she just ignored me, I thought maybe she didn't hear me and asked her again if I can pass through to use the toilet and with a very nasty attitude she said to me can't you see its wet here, then I asked for the nearest toilet and she just told me to look for it myself. I tried to pass through and she blocked the way and pushed me back when I asked her why she's behaving like she started shouting and cursing, then a security came over and I thought at least someone will talk some sense to this woman but he told me straight in the face to walk away then while I still shocked at this kind of behavour the head of security came over and I asked for the manager centre's name and was told they don't know him and when I tried to look at the cleaning lady's name she hid it from me and everyone was shouting telling me to go away. I felt so abused and I hope they do something after reading my complaint.
