I paid my electricity on time with their Bank, Ned

I did not write Masenya I wrote Matsane, HOW CAN I MISS SPELL MY SURNAME TO A SURNAME THAT I DON'T KNOW CHECK THE SLIP ITS WRITTEN MATSANE,
I STILL INSIST THAT IT IS NOT MY FAULT. I WILL ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO THE RELEVENT STATUETTES.

On 16/07/2013, a warning / reminder was issued on your account because the payment was not reflected on the account. Since you know that you have made payment towards the account on 02/07/2013, you forwarded us the proof of payment on 17/07/2013 and payment was allocated on your account on this date.

The payment was not reflected on your account because you used a wrong reference: VERONICA NKELE MASENYA. You did not use the correct reference as it is stipulated on the invoice, 13355. Therefore, you are liable for the R 120.00 charged on the account.
