10th sat aug puppy broke leg on stairs, phoned spca sat night got told by gentleman to bring sun morn 11th by 8 am, gave R200 deposit for xrays he said mon 12th Dr hester van zyl will put cast got call mon morning from Margaret SPCA wanting payslip id proof address, told her will bring when i fetch PUP, called spca @4pm Dr hester van zyl tells me has done nothing to the puppy and that he must be killed or chop leg of @ hip, i ask her why she says DONT DO PINNING i find a vet and get told to get him there by ^pm i rush to SPCA and they wont release my PUP until i pay furtrher R160 i ask what for they say XRAY i say i paid XRAY she say it went up price, so i pay and they give me my PUP i rush to vet they PINN his leg and he is doing well, so called DR hester van zyl you dont care about animals and you should work as a taxidermest, i can supply the one xray they took my vet could not even see what part had been xray'd and you have the cheek to hold my dog ranson for a further R160 wilst you have had him suffer for two days doing nothing and could not even notify me DIGUSTING RUBBISH
