Lack of communication

I have been trying to reach some one from the scoin shop, as i have questions regarding my coins i have purchased.
after countless attempts i have still not been contacted back. This is rather silly and shows poor customer service which I'm sure I would not experience if i was making another purchase.
poor customer service like this makes me rethink any future purchases as i would not want this run around again!
