I have been waiting now for the delivery of water for over a week. I spoke to the sales consultant last week which promised me delivery by the end of that week. He did not even bother to contact me and make alternative arrangements. I again contacted JP Pienaar on Tuesday which promised delivery on Wednesday. Again no delivery and no one phoned me to postpone the delivery. According to JP there was a mixup with the arrangement between him and the driver and that it will be delivered yesterday. Well, the same old story.
I already paid a hold deposit and we are depended on the water for baby food and making of baby formula. I had no way of knowing that the delivery will not take place; just to get home and have to drive and find water at one of the convenience shops.
Doing business with companies like this is extremely unprofessional, and there seems to be no quality of communication or pride in the work they do.
I guess I can't trust this company to deliver to any of their promises. Lets hope I get my deposit back.
