Excellent assistance from Busby

I was struggling to find a gent's handbag to replace my existing bag, which was slowly disintegrating from old age.

In desperation - after having spent a couple of months visiting every travel goods / gent's stores that I knew of - I called the sales department of Busby, the manufacturer of the existing bag.

After confirming that the model was still available they went so far as to arrange to have a new bag delivered to a retailer, from whence I collected it a few days later.

This is the second time that I have contacted Busby sales and have found myself impressed by the standard of customer service that they supply.
