Breach of rules of Contract

Medical claims were handed over for dept collection to firm (October 2012). No reconciliation or breakdown on payments received until 20/11/2013 after numerous calls and messages left. Payment only received on the 10/12/2013. Same procedure as above was followed 2-3 months later, no reply on calls or messages left.
Reconciliation on payment by clients only received on 1/8/2013, after promises to pay in the amount owing on the 02/08/2013 no payment was received (20/08/2013).
This firm is not recommendable for any services at all.
