SINCE MAY 2013 WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH POWER FAILURE EVERY WEEK WE PHONE ESKOM CALL CENTRE IT TAKE THEM TWO TO THREE DAYS TO COME AND FIX THE PROBLEM AND AFTER FOUR DAY WE SAME PROBLEM STARTS AGAIN WE GET SMS AFTER WE REPORT THAT ABOUT BUT WE DO NOT COME AND FIX
