APPLICATION FOR PRE-PAID ELECTRICITY

I applied for a pre-paid electricity at midway branch in June 2013 the lady who processed my application by the name of Patience promised me that they would come and install my meter within one month, in July i went back to find what was happening and i only find out that patience was not available so I spoke to another gentleman who promised to follow up about my case and he will call me for a feed back but up to today i have not received ant call from one of them my pre-paid is not yet installed and i paid the full installation fees including my previous balance will you please assist me to find out how long does it take to install a pre-paid meter, when i try to call on the number patience gave me they there is always no answer the reference number the gave me is 96280072 your follow up on this matter would be much appreciated
