Last week Monday I purchased Vanish from the Woolworths at the Bromhof Village Shopping Centre as I found that my Husbands white Aca Joe button up shirt had 2 stains on the back. I followed the vanish instructions to a tee. Once the top had been treated, washed and dried the stains had actually gotten worse and it seemed that the stain had been BURNT into the fabric from the vanish treatment. On the Wednesday I went onto the Vanish website and sent a message through with my complaint and have had no response what so ever. I am so disappointed with the product and service. Not only has this stain been made worse on an expensive item of clothing but this top actually happened to be his wedding shirt and to have this ruined by a stain removal product makes it even worse. I have tried to get a response from you in a private and reasonable manner but I am clearly being ignored
