We have a power supply problem in our street (Phamuli Street) since 2010. The problem has been reported daily to the call centre, they send back a ref no to follow up if still not resolved. When we do in their report filled by their technicians, its says transformer repaired/replaced which never happened. When the technicians come through they give us different stories in regards the problem. Some will say they are waiting for material to fix the problem, others say it will not be fixed now but next year. While others say its something that can be fixed in a day, they are just awaiting go ahead from their senior management which they dont know why its not given. Yesterday we reported the problem but never came to swtich the power back on till now. We have been reporting this issue but nothing has been done to resolve it.
