Basically I had a rude beautician who didn't really listen to what I asked for. I made a booking to get a facial where they would remove all my black heads etc. However the lady mearly did that. she gave me a facial which was much more expensive and still had the nerve to tell me to come back again for extractions. During the treatment I also mentioned that this wasn't the facial I booked myself for, but she just carried on. So I ended up wating money because my face still has blemishes and I paid for something I didn't ask for. I'm really upset as I live on a budget and this was supposed to be my treat for the month. I feel terrible and my skin still looks terrible. Oopps and I forgot to mention that I didn't get a full hours treatment. I went in at 4.03pm and treatment was over at 4:50 pm
