Good day, i recently got my Cell C account for data and my bill for Jully 13 is R664.61 to be debited from my account. this is hurting as i do not have that kind of money. i visited Cell C to find out why, they told me i was subscribed to smart call technology and they have been debiting from my account for that cause.it caused R4.39 per day =373.15 from the month of May 13 - Jully 13, am not happy about it. when i called the Smart call Technology Solutions today 2013/08/13 they said i have subscribed with them from in May 2013 until now. i then requested to be given a reference for my call at STS which is (Ms Evon Ref: 56820813).they said they sent me subscription sms which i never received secondly i destroyed my simcard since May 13 for this reason, so there are no grounds for having billed me thus far. with effect from May to date would have deducted from my account a total of R1119.45 i am paying for something i don't know .please assist in this struggle, this is way to much i could be paying for far more important thing and including assisting my family here.
