I opened an account with Go2Glam company in May 2012, the promotion offered to me was to be R399 per month. I cancelled this same perscription/account in April 2012, after they're first deduction.
8 months later, ALMOST A YEAR LATER, this comany starts decucting R99 per month from my account, as of January 2013. Without notifying me, without my written or verbal concent. Not only did they deduct R99 per month from my account, but they did so under a different name each month and at different times each month.
In the last 2 years since Go2Global has started deducting money form my account, I have not once received any products, promotional items, notifications of items purchased and or seen what my money has been paying for.
Which to me says: Go2Global has been ILLEGALLY decucting money from my account, FROM ME. Since January 2013, the amount from my bank account has been R800.
As of the 1st August 2013 I have been trying to no avail to get into touch with this company, and its owner, name of Lance. No one has even bothered to follow up on my emails sent and or calls made.
