Tupperware after sales service is shocking

On the 21 June, 2013 after a lengthy one hour discussion with the Tupperware Agents, Tupperware Head Office in Johannesburg and the agent who is manning the outlet in Game City, Stamfordhill Road, I finally handed in my container which had a broken lid and was told it would take 6/8 weeks. After a phone call to Nomvuma I followed up with an e-mail on the 2nd August 2013 and she advised me that she needed to check into where my replacement was and would get back to me. Naturally no reply to my e-mail has been received to date. This is not the first time I have had bad service from Tupperware. Why do I need to go to these lengths to "hopefully" get some satisfaction!
