We purchased Heat in a click heat pads at the Rand Easter Show, it was quite expensive. A few months later the pads started to leak, the seams had burst open. I sent an inquiry to the supplier in Canada, but received no reply. I found the South African supplier, and sent the inquiry to them. I received a reply stating they did not exhibit at the Rand Easter Show, and that I should contact the retailer. I was not given a receipt, and have no idea who the so called retailer is, I only have their name on their product.
Do not purchase this item, it's obviously not worth the expense if the product does not last, and the company does not want to take ownership of their poor product!
