Had an appointment on 29 July 2013 at cobble walk for facial with derma abrasion with Marguax.
Whole treatment was rushed and couldn't enjoy it.. Got in the room at 13:10 and she was done by 13:45. - supposed to be a 60 min treatment.
Then they overcharged me... paid R450 instead of R415.
Phoned the salon the next day to complain.. which i rarely do and Melisa said the manager will call me back.
Its now 8 Aug 2013 and no manager has bothered to call me back to rectify!!
