I ordered a unit from Sean through an ad on gumtree. The unit arrived in time as promised. After a number of times going back and forth to the installer which is about 40 km from my area. The unit was fitted but the radio signal was poor, the sat nav software was outdated and blue tooth is not working. I reported this to Sean and he promised to sort out my issue and even promised me to send me a new unit. It's been three months since and nothing has come through. I've spent so much on this unit but i'm not getting any joy from Sean. He does not give you any feedback and has empty promises. So please be careful when you order from Sean. Now i'm stuck with a unit that is faulty and i'm based in Jhb can't even go to his premises to see him face to face.
