Towels missing & wrong colour used

I gave in 3 bags of towels (15 towels) and told & showed her husband the beige brown colour I want on the towels,
A colour that will look nice with stone colour bathroom.
I email lot of times to see if finished, after week they said
I can pick it up but then colour was bright green not even a colour for
bathroom and received only 2 bags of towels.
I bought 15 towels and only received 10 back!!!
