I ordered a product from overseas and was sent a first notice asking to provide invoices and also state which post office it needed to be delivered to. I sent this to Cape Mail via email and fax and my cover sheet clearly stated that I wanted it to be delivered to Paarl East Post office. I received my notice but the parcel was sent to Paarl Post office. Because I don't work in Paarl I asked my dad to pick it up as he done so many occasions, now they refusing to give it to him and demanding I write a letter. I can understand if I had to write a letter before but why make it so difficult to pick up a parcel that was sent to the wrong place in the first case!
