On the 5th August I bought a box of hair color at Dischem in Farramere, . I have colored my hair most of my life and this is the 1st time that the color came out pitch black and not the color on the box which stated natural burgundy. I am a manager in the chemist industry and is so ashamed walking around with this color on my hair. How can this be? I want you to contact me asap and fix my hair, this is my pride. This is not acceptable to me.
