Bad Service!!! and Bad Comunication

Hi, i have received an sms on the 8th on jan 2013 to pay the account, i emailed and phoned on the 9th jan 2013. to send me an invoice to my email, the lady @ reception said she will email it to me, until today 2 weeks later i have not received any email from impact meter. now my electricity is off, i have food and consumables in my fridge, i have paid the outstanding amount on the account, but won't pay the reconnection fee, as this is not my fault. my complaint is if the person working did their job, and send me the invoice i would have paid the account the next day, as thus the only communication i have received from impact meter was an sms, not a phone call, not a email or nothing asking anything. i want my electricity to be switched on today, or impact meter will pay for all my food and my consumables in my fridge. i have done my part and no response from impact meters. and client satisfaction is not and option for impact meters. they just don't care!!!
