I purchased two roller-shutter doors from Tilly Macmill. I dealt with the owner of the company, Peet.
I did the full payment for the doors shortly after receiving the quote. Peet did not install the doors at the agreed-upon date. I couldn't get hold of him and he didn't return my calls. I told Peet that I am going to go to the police with this matter as it is. Only after that he installed my doors a few weeks later.
Peet then notified me that I should have ordered additional covers for the electronics. I asked him to supply me with these I asked him to supply me with these covers and the correct motors. I agreed to pay him the difference and he said he will install within a week. 3 months later and I still don't have the proper motors or weather protection for my doors.
It is now 3 months later and I still don't have the proper motors or weather protection for my doors. I call Peet every week and in 90% of the cases he is not available and does not call back. On the odd occasion that I do get hold of him, he promises to come and rectify his job but he never pitches up and blatantly avoids me.
