Dear Peter, I am on the verge of reporting this company to the authorities. I submitted my company registration on the 29th of April and made payment on the 30th of [URL Removed] confirmed receipt and the process of my application on the 16th of May. From that time until end of June I've had no joy in dealing with the company, not only do they not respond to e-mails but they're so incompentent in a way that they'll make you repeat every word you've told them 15 times. Ferny sent me an e-mail only on the 02nd of July to tell me about the delay with the govt agency, and I've never heard from her since. As a result I've missed so may opportunities in business because I am unable to go about setting up bank accounts, vat regstration and so forth. There's a lady by Constance at reception who is as confused as Ferny is and I'm tired of dealing with them. Peter please assist because I want to have them blacklisted. People who registered with other companies after me have been sorted out and they can't believe I've let these people get away.
