Defective product: PATTEX PU FOAM

I purchased a 300ml can of Pattex No More Big Gaps from Builders Warehouse on 28 July. I followed all preparation instructions and used the product on 31 July. The Pattex spray can only delivered about half a liter of foam product yet the information on the can claimed that it could supply up to ten liters of product after expansion. The barcode is 6001091345548. The expiry date is 19 December 2013.

I called the Henkel SA Customer Care line three times on 1 August without anyone being able to assist me during any of those three phone calls. I will be returning the empty Pattex can to Builders Warehouse and expect a full refund for the defective product.

I would like Henkel SA to acknowledge my complaint and provide me with a reference number.
