Inefficient service/ Bad attitude

I sent my machine in for repairs to Van Biljoens in Gezina in the middle of June. Since then, whenever i phoned them to enquire about the machine, i was abruptly told they are waiting for parts by a woman who identified herself as Christine. I kept insisting that it was more than a month that the machine was in for repairs, and the response i received was that they could do nothing until they got the parts. I was completely disgusted with the service. On several occasions, when i called, i was asked for the reference number, and told that someone will call back which never happened.
