Power outage

Good day,
I have been without power since last night, i have received 3 reference numbers and nothing has been resolved. I was told 2 queries were closed and resolved but no technician has come to the house, there is still no electricity. Mt food in the fridge is getting spoilt and i need this taken care of asap ref numbers 100188509, 100209058 and 100140939.
