I bought a product that broke with in less than a week so i went to return it and they have refused to refund or return my purchase, the owner of the store screamed at me and said there is no way he will exchange or refund me because he is not s=responsible for a damaged product. T=its been a week since i tried to return my shoe and no help has been made because the manger of the store is never there, and he refuses to do refunds. Also he claims it was a sale item but it was not.
