We handed pamphlets in for distribution at our local Post Office in Vredenburg. Cape Mail is the designated courier for the Post Office. A Cape Mail (SA Post Office) driver placed our pack of pamphlets for distribution on top of his vehicle roof before driving off and losing the pack of pamphlets in the streets. The pamphlets were distributed by the wind and a lot fell into the water storm pipes. Residents contacted us regarding the pamphlets and we were requested to do the cleanup. The Post Office only want to offer us a free distribution of the same amount of pamphlets and not the actual cost of the printing of the pamphlets or the cost for the cleanup.
I think this is horrible customer service and they should at least reimburse me for the printing cost of the pamphlets as well, after all it was their fault not mine.
