We bought a Jetmaster fireplace at Builders Trade. They were unable to supply us with the chimney extension we needed so I emailed Jetmaster.
I received a quote within a few hours, followed up with a phonecall to advise that the warehouse had stock of the item.
When I went to collect I was asked if I had all the other bits & pieces I needed to install, it turned out that I needed quite a few more items.
I got all the items I needed at an exceptional price, wrapped & loaded into my car. This wasnt a case of a supplier trying to sell extra unnecessary items, but everything we need to install. We did not get this advice or service from the retailer we originally bought the item from!
Wonderful service, will definitely do business with them again.
