On Thu 17/01/13 I called Rampage Signs for a quote on sandblasting. Left my details & waited for a call back. On Monday 21/01/13 I called again & Alida informed me that it slipped her mind, she'll call me back in 2mins with a quote. I eventually took the glass I had made to them to have a logo sandblasted on. Brian assured me it'd be ready the next morning, I can collect in the a.m I told them that I need it then, if they can't do it by then I'd rather go to someone else. At 930am when I got there, they haven't even started&said that it'd be ready by tonite. After explaining that I need to send it elsewhere THIS MORNING & that they confirmed it would be ready, Brian assured me it would be done between 11/12 noon & he would personally deliver to my office. Alida called an hour later asking which side of the glass should face up&which side down, it was delivered much later, the layout COMPLETELY wrong&the sandblasted sticker peeling off from all the corners. When speaking to Brian about it, he laughed, referred to me as "poppie" & said that it was a rushed job & what do I expect, it still needs to dry, what do I expect, then hung up. Of course I told him that I am not his "poppie". Enough said.
